Richie Hamlin

Richie Hamlin is a finance graduate from San Diego State University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Finance obtained in May 2021. Currently serving as a Forward Planner at KB Home since September 2021, Richie has progressed through roles including Senior Land Acquisition Analyst and Land Acquisition Analyst within the company. Prior experience includes project management positions at Online Builders and as a project management intern at Lennar. Additionally, Richie held the role of Vice President in Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity and completed a real estate analyst internship with The Mansour Group at Marcus & Millichap in January 2017. Richie's educational background also includes a high school diploma from St. Augustine High School, awarded in 2017.
