William R. Hollinger

William R. Hollinger is the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at KB Home. William has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, having worked at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. and Fiesta/Carlos Murphys/Famous Restaurants Inc.

At Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., William was responsible for month end financials for multiple hotels, including adjusting journal entries, general ledger analysis and final P&L review. William also completed monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and variance analysis. William was successful in challenging and fast paced environments with minimal supervision.

At Fiesta/Carlos Murphys/Famous Restaurants Inc., William assisted the controller in preparing month end financials for 20-30 restaurants simultaneously. William also reconciled consolidated bank statements, balance sheet account reconciliations, and lease review and compliance (basic rent, % rent, CAM, property taxes).

William R. Hollinger completed a post baccalaureate certificate in accountancy at Arizona State University West and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) at the University of Oklahoma in business management.
