Matt Schramm

Matt Schramm, CPA, currently serves as the US Chief Audit Executive at KB Kookmin Bank since November 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy Chief Audit Executive at Flagstar Bank and various senior positions at New York Community Bank, including Senior Vice President and Director, Head of Audit Practices. Additional experience includes operational risk management roles at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation and an assurance associate position at PwC. Matt began the auditing career as a Senior Auditor at Castellano Korenberg & Co and started as a Bookkeeping Clerk at Shanti Kumar & Co. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from SUNY College at Old Westbury.
