Milan Hladky

Milan Hladky has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Milan started their career as an intern at Vysoká škola ekonomická v Praze in 2000. Milan then worked as a Junior in Production Services at A.T. Kearney from 2002 to 2005. Milan then joined DHL Information Services as a Project Manager from 2005 to 2008. In 2008, they started working at Komerční banka where they held multiple roles including Senior Project Manager, Manager of I&O Service Provisioning, Manager of IT Project Portfolio Management, and Head of Delivery Center of Expertise. Milan contributed to the Agile transformation of Komerční Banka and was responsible for delivery and enterprise release management. Milan's most recent role is Chief Information Officer at Komercni pojistovna, which they started in 2020.

Milan Hladky earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on IT, from the Prague University of Economics and Business. Milan attended the university from 1998 to 2004.
