Kris Overleese, PE has extensive experience in public works and engineering. From 1997 to 1999, they worked as a Management Analyst for the City of Shoreline. Kris then joined the City of Shoreline as a Capital Projects Manager in 1999 and stayed in that role until 2012. In 2012, they took on the positions of City Engineer and Public Works Director at the City of Kenmore, where they worked until 2017. Since 2017, they have been serving as the President of KBA, Inc.
Kris Overleese, PE holds a Master of Public Administration degree in Environmental Policy and Natural Resource Management from the University of Washington, earned between 1994 and 1996. Kris also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University, which was completed from 1990 to 1994.
