Rosalie Wu

Rosalie Wu is an experienced construction management professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Project/Construction Manager at KBA, Inc. since November 2006, Rosalie oversees local agencies' road construction projects from design to completion. Previously, Rosalie held the position of Sr. Technical Manager at SMIC, where responsibilities included contract development and budget management for wafer fabrication projects. Earlier roles included Facilities Manager at Three Five Systems (Beijing) Co., Ltd., where project management for new LCD construction was a focus, and various engineering roles at Caltrans, emphasizing highway and toll bridge projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University and an Executive MBA from Rutgers University.
