Kasia Rzepnikowska

Kasia Rzepnikowska is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience in both Big 4 firms and industry settings. Currently serving as Managing Partner at KB&A Accounting since September 2023, Kasia leads a team that provides comprehensive financial advisory and operational services. Previous roles at New Relic, Inc. from August 2013 to February 2023 included GVP Finance & Administration, Global Controller, and various senior finance positions, showcasing a progressive career in financial management. Prior experience includes Senior Manager of Financial Reporting at CafePress Inc. and Audit Senior Manager at Deloitte. Kasia holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Lodz and an MBA from Warsaw University of Technology.
