Marty Tate is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in corporate finance and securities. Currently serving as a Corporate Finance & Securities Partner at Kunzler Bean & Adamson, PC since July 2022, Marty focuses on areas including securities, public and private offerings, and blockchain technologies. Marty has also held prominent roles as General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at BridgeTower Capital since October 2020, and as a Partner at Carman Lehnhof Israelsen from April 2010 to June 2022, prior to which positions included Director and Secretary at Harbor Offshore Real Asset Fund, Managing Director and General Counsel at Harbor Capital Partners, and Corporate Counsel at both Sentry Financial Corporation and Select Portfolio Servicing.
