Andrea Roy

Andrea was born and raised in Seattle, attended college in California, and now calls Tennessee home. After an initial foray into the volatile world of tech startups, Andrea fled to an industry known for its stability: commercial real estate. She cut her teeth with some of Seattle’s top developers, creating demonstrated value throughout the life cycle of real estate development with extensive experience in dispositions, acquisitions, underwriting, and leasing. Fifteen years later, she decided to leave the dark side and use her powers for good. Andrea has worked across multiple asset classes with an emphasis in using data to inform decision-making and drive profit.
