Michael started his real estate career in 2013. Prior to joining KBC Advisors, Michael was with Nelson Realty Advisors, where he worked through government contracts to procure property, construct, and lease office buildings throughout Washington State. He has developed an in-depth knowledge of each step of the development process, from construction timelines, budgeting, approvals, and contract negotiations.
