Todd Meldahl

Todd is a founding partner of KBC Advisors. Prior to this, he held various executive positions at Cushman & Wakefield Commerce after starting his career at Trammell Crow Company. Todd's expertise surrounds developing complex strategies with a cross section of leadership teams to create the optimum real estate solution for his clients. Todd’s 20 years of real estate experience spans all asset classes with significant expertise in e-commerce, data centers, and industrial. Prior to exclusively representing corporations, Todd represented several institutional ownership groups on leasing and sales transactions in the Puget Sound region. These included Principal Global Investors, California State Teachers Retirement System, Prologis, and Washington Capital Management. This broad background in project management, property management, and lease administration has added substantial value to Todd’s overall approach to tenant representation and transaction management.
