Vincent covers capital markets for KBC in North America. Prior to joining KBC, Vincent served in real estate finance roles focused on multifamily, regional shopping mall retail and fulfillment/e-commerce assets. He also previously worked in underwriting and negotiating deal terms for Amazon’s Credit Tenant Lease program. Vincent received his bachelor’s in the dismal science from UCLA and recently completed his Master’s in Real Estate (MSRE) from University of Washington. He especially enjoyed the interdisciplinary nature of the College of Built Environments and learning about affordable housing development.
