Jan-Pieter de Paepe

Jan-Pieter De Paepe is an experienced equity trader at KBC Asset Management since October 2014, specializing in designing electronic trading solutions and enhancing trading performance through research on execution algorithms, market structure, and TCA models. From January to December 2020, Jan-Pieter worked as a freelance ICT consultant for UZ Brussel, contributing to the development of a mobile health app for the Centre for Reproductive Medicine. Prior to this, from January 2008 to December 2013, Jan-Pieter was a trader at Transtrend, a hedge fund focused on systematic trading strategies. Jan-Pieter holds a Master's degree in Applied Economic Sciences with a focus on finance from KU Leuven, completed in 2007.
