Margot Vanderhaegen

Margot Vanderhaegen is a seasoned legal advisor with extensive experience at KBC Asset Management since April 2015, specializing in fund legislation, MIFID II, ESG legislation, discretionary portfolio management, and contract management. In addition to providing legal support, Margot has taken on the role of coach for the Belgian legal department since 2022. Margot also serves as a Legal Advisor at KBC Bank & Verzekering concurrently since April 2015. Margot holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Antwerp and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Competition Law and Intellectual Property from the University of Liège.
