Arpita Tiwari is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles in the HR domain. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for Human Resources at KBC Technologies Group, Arpita is responsible for overseeing HR operations in multiple countries including the UAE, Oman, Qatar, and KSA. Prior to this, Arpita was an HR Manager at Jumbo Group, effectively managing recruitment and operations for over 1,200 employees while leading a team of 23 professionals. Experience also includes a role as HR Project Manager at Etisalat Services Holding LLC, where Arpita managed HR functions for over 4,800 staff and successfully oversaw the migration of employees from another staffing agency. Earlier career highlights include serving as Human Resource & Office Manager at Hundred, where Arpita developed a comprehensive total rewards strategy.
