Bartel Puelinckx

Bartel Puelinckx serves as the Chief Financial Officer of KBC Bank & Verzekering since May 2019, bringing extensive experience in Corporate and Investment banking across Belgium and Central Europe. With a leadership role in the Group Compliance Directorate, Puelinckx oversees compliance for all KBC Group regions. Previously, Puelinckx held the position of Chief Executive Officer at KBC Securities and has served as Chair of the Board of Directors for KBC Securities LLC and President of the Belgian Association of Members of the Stock Exchange. Educational qualifications include a Master in Law (International Law) from Universite Libre de Bruxelles and a Master in Applied Economics from KU Leuven, along with a certification as a Compliance Officer in Insurance.
