Kristof Oliviers

Kristof Oliviers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at KBC Bank & Verzekering, where roles include Head of Housing Ecosystem Solutions and Head of Transformation Strategy and Customer Experience, leading teams to drive innovation and enhance customer experiences. Oliviers previously held positions such as Senior Innovation Manager, responsible for groupwide digital transformation initiatives across KBC's operations in Belgium and Central Europe. In addition, Kristof co-founded and owns Along Came An Elephant, a travel website recognized with five Belgian Travel Blog Awards from 2021 to 2024. Kristof also contributes to academia as a guest lecturer on topics including innovation and brand management at Vlerick Business School. An alumnus of KU Leuven with a Master's degree in Business Engineering, Kristof's career reflects a strong commitment to innovation and strategic development in financial services and beyond.
