Rachid El Abr

Rachid El Abr is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and financial institutions. Currently serving as Legal Counsel, Relationship Manager for Financial Institutions, and Corporate/M&A Counsel at KBC Bank & Verzekering since October 2016, Rachid has honed legal expertise in complex financial matters. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Associate at PwC Legal, specializing in Corporate/M&A from October 2013 to October 2016, and as a Consultant in Corporate and Commercial Law at PwC from September 2012 to October 2013. Rachid began the legal career with a summer internship at ParticipatieMaatschappij Vlaanderen in July 2011. Rachid holds an Advanced Master in Corporate Law from KU Leuven, a Master’s degree in Business Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Law, both from the University of Antwerp.
