Sara Fosseprez

Sara Fosseprez is a seasoned UX and service designer with extensive experience spanning multiple industries, including banking, telecommunications, and eCommerce. Currently serving as a Senior UX & Service Designer at KBC Bank & Verzekering since March 2024, Sara previously held the position of Senior User Experience Designer at Proximus from November 2021 to February 2024. Previous roles also include Consultant & UX Coach and UX Consultant at Pàu, where significant contributions were made in developing user experience frameworks. Earlier professional experiences include leading UX initiatives in eCommerce at Future plc, project management at K15, and conducting research at Procter & Gamble. Sara holds a Master of Science degree in Product Development from the University of Antwerp and a Bachelor of Science degree in Product Development from Artesis Hogeschool Antwerpen.
