Dbia Jim Culkin

Jim Culkin, DBIA, has over three decades of experience in the construction industry, currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at KBE Building Corporation since July 2011. Previously, Jim held positions including Vice President of Preconstruction and Estimating and Director of Procurement at KBE Building Corporation, as well as Project Executive from 2000 to 2011. Early career experience includes serving as Project Manager at John P. Picone from 1989 to 1996. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Penn State University, completing the degree between 1982 and 1986.
