Alyssa Willet

Alyssa Willet, M.Ed., ACC, is a seasoned life and leadership coach and the owner of Willet Coaching, established in December 2023. With over ten years of experience in leadership, coaching, and talent development, Alyssa specializes in empowering women to redefine their lives through trust and intentional action. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Employee Development and Engagement at KBI Biopharma since June 2023, Alyssa focuses on learning and development initiatives that foster continuous improvement. Previous roles include Senior Training and Development Specialist and Training and Development Specialist at the University of Colorado Boulder, where Alyssa coordinated numerous leadership programs and coaching sessions. Alyssa's educational background includes a B.A. in Women and Gender Studies and a Master’s in Higher Education from James Madison University.
