Jonathan Webb

Jonathan Webb has a strong background in research and development within the biopharmaceutical industry. Jonathan most recently worked as a Senior Director of R&D at KBI Biopharma since 2019. Prior to that, they held positions at AstraZeneca as a Director of MS&T Downstream Processing from 2016 to 2018, at MedImmune as a Principal Research Scientist from 2015 to 2016, and at Eli Lilly and Company in various roles from 2002 to 2015, including Associate Engineering Advisor and Principal Research Scientist. Jonathan also worked at Integrated Biosystems as a Senior Scientist from 2000 to 2002, and at Eli Lilly as an Associate Engineer from 1990 to 1995. Overall, their experience includes technical leadership, purification development, and process optimization in both large and small molecule drug manufacturing.

Jonathan Webb completed their education at the University of Colorado Boulder from 1995 to 2000, where they earned an MS and PhD in Chemical Engineering. Prior to that, they attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1985 to 1990, earning a BE in Chemical Engineering and a Certificate in Economics.
