Marty Damask

Marty Damask has over two decades of experience in various leadership and managerial roles within the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. Marty has a strong background in quality assurance, compliance, manufacturing support, and operations management. Marty has held positions at companies such as KBI Biopharma, Novartis Gene Therapies, AveXis, Inc., Catalent Pharma Solutions, Hospira/Pfizer, Corning Life Sciences, Absolute Dental Services, Synthon Pharmaceuticals, and UCB Manufacturing, Inc. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for managing teams, overseeing quality systems, conducting investigations, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and cGMP requirements. Marty also has experience in project management, budgeting, and resource management.

Marty Damask holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan University, which was completed from 1998 to 1999. Marty also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science with a minor in International Relations from Georgia Southern University, encompassing the years 1986 to 1988. Beginning in 1980 and concluding in 1983, Marty attended the United States Naval Academy to study Political Science.
