Matthew Ferrell

Matthew Ferrell is a seasoned professional in the field of quality control and analytical development, currently serving as the Associate Director of Quality Control at KBI Biopharma since March 2024. Prior to this role, Matthew was the Quality Control Analytical Lab Manager at Sagent Pharmaceuticals from January 2022 to March 2024 and held the position of Laboratory Operations Manager of Analytical Development Services at Alcami Corporation from March 2020 to December 2021. Matthew also gained extensive experience at UPM Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as the Director of Analytical Development from September 2010 to March 2020 and worked as the Quality Control Lead/Metrologist at Pii from June 2007 to September 2010. Earlier in the career, Matthew served as a Research Pharmacologist at NovaScreen Biosciences from March 2006 to June 2007, focusing on competitive receptor binding assays for drug discovery. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, with minors in Mathematics and Biology, from York College of Pennsylvania, completed in 2002.
