Rebecca Glebus

Rebecca Glebus is a microbiologist associate with experience at KBI Biopharma since September 2022, previously serving as a microbiologist associate I. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked as a plant science researcher at the USDA Agricultural Research Service from June 2022 to September 2022, focusing on soybean experiments related to air quality. In academia, Rebecca served as a research assistant in the Department of Geological and Environmental Sciences, using drone imagery and GIS for sediment analysis following dam destruction. Rebecca has also contributed as a sustainability intern in various initiatives at the Office of Sustainability, and gained customer service experience as a retail cashier and line cook in local businesses. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Sustainable Development from Appalachian State University, earned in May 2022, following high school graduation from Northern Guilford High School in June 2018.
