Daniel Koburger

Daniel Koburger is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in Media and Entertainment, International Law, Information and Technology, and Corporate Law. Currently serving as a Partner at KBL Roche since January 2022, Daniel provides counsel to various stakeholders in the gaming and digital industries. Concurrently, Daniel functions as an Instructor at Playcrafting, teaching Indie developers about the legal and business aspects of game creation and operation. As a Mentor at InsurTech Hub Munich, Daniel supports innovation in the technology sector. Prior experience includes founding KBL | Koburger Law, working as an Associate at Chris Reid Law, and serving as a Clerk and Research Assistant focusing on film industry laws. Daniel holds multiple legal degrees, including an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from Cardozo School of Law, and has contributed to the translation and proofreading of legal texts in real estate and asset management.
