Katrina Mazyck

Katrina Mazyck has held a variety of roles in the food industry since 1996. Katrina began their career at Marriott International, where they worked as a Catering Sales Manager from 1996 to 2017. Katrina then moved on to Mama JS, where they worked as an Executive Chef from 2017 to 2018. From 2018 to 2021, Katrina worked at Chick-fil-A-Franchise, where they held the roles of Food Safety Director and Kitchen Director. Most recently, they have been employed at KBOX Global as a US Brand Trainer since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Personal Chef at EL.E.VAT.ED PALATE from 2011 to 2021.

Katrina Mazyck attended Virginia State University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management.
