Andrew Delugar

Andrew Delugar is currently a Project Director in technology at KBR, Inc., where they lead a green hydrogen study for Shell, focusing on the energy transition and circular economy technologies. With a recognized expertise in the energy industry, Andrew was a key contributor to complex mega projects, guiding teams through all project phases, from concept to start-up, including notable roles in program and project management, engineering, and construction. Previous leadership positions include directing a £7B nuclear decommissioning program and managing the Johan Sverdrup LQ Topside EPC Project, achieving significant cost savings and early production milestones. Andrew has a strong commitment to team wellbeing and diversity, demonstrated through their passion for developing personnel and fostering collaborative working environments. They are pursuing a first-class honours degree from the University of Auckland.
