Andrew Haining

Andrew Haining is a commercially focused Programme Director and Proposals Director with extensive experience in the built environment across sectors including infrastructure, nuclear, and government. Currently serving as a Business Manager for a $4bn Gas Improvement Programme at KBR, they have consistently delivered high-performance results, leading numerous successful bids and collaborative team initiatives. Andrew previously led the transformation efforts for the £7bn Sellafield PPP programme and has trained over 400 staff on proposal processes, significantly improving bid quality and success rates. They hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering Management from Bristol University and a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Heriot-Watt University.
