Jesse Avina

Jesse Avina is a seasoned Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager at KBR, Inc., with twenty-nine years of diverse experience in the oil and gas industry, including downhole tool manufacturing, warehouse operations, and U.S. Army mission support. Previously, Jesse held various HSE leadership roles at Halliburton, The Shaw Group, and Infinity Maintenance Services, where they focused on improving safety cultures and compliance across multiple facilities. Jesse has a strong background in training development, audits, and team building, fostering effective HSE strategies that integrate seamlessly with organizational goals. Currently, Jesse is pursuing a degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology at San Jacinto College.
