Josephine Horton

Josephine Horton, CMS, is a skilled Land Remote Sensing Data Scientist with extensive experience in analyzing aerial and satellite imagery to identify land cover, land use, and disturbance agents across the contiguous United States. Currently employed at KBR, Inc. since June 2022, Josephine has a consistent track record in establishing quality assurance processes and collaborating with teams to evaluate imagery interpretation outputs. Previous roles include significant contributions at Innovate!, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, where Josephine developed land cover maps and conducted extensive data evaluations.
