Kristen Burns

Kristen Burns is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience at KBR, Inc. since June 2004, currently serving as a Senior Global Mobility Consultant. Kristen provides HR support for expatriates involved in significant LNG projects across Australia, Thailand, and Indonesia, overseeing aspects such as mobilization, policy guidance, and coordination with regional HR. Previously held roles include HR Generalist and HR Associate, contributing to employee mobilizations, conflict resolution, and operational support within HR functions. Kristen played a vital role in document control for international assignments and in training programs for new hires. Kristen earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston in 2011.
