Loren Carroll

Loren Carroll has extensive leadership experience, currently serving as Chairman of the Board at KBR, Inc. since 2014, where responsibilities include chairing the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and participating in the Compensation Committee. Additionally, Loren Carroll has been a Board Member at Forest Oil Corporation since 2006, also chairing the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and serving on the Compensation Committee, and at CGG since 2006, contributing to both the Strategic Planning and Audit Committees. Prior experience includes a tenure as CEO of M-I Swaco from 1996 to 2006, recognized for innovative leadership in the field of Drilling Fluid Technology.
