Matthew Griffith

Matthew Griffith is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as Compensation Lead at KBR, Inc. since August 2025, where expertise is applied to broad-based employee and unit management compensation matters. Prior to this, Matthew held the position of Compensation Advisor at Tellurian Inc. from September 2017 to April 2025, where significant contributions were made in developing over 1,200 job benchmarks.
