Michelle Milliner

Michelle Milliner is currently the Command Speechwriter for KBR, supporting the U.S. Space Training and Readiness Command (STARCOM), where they craft speeches and strategic messaging for senior military leaders. They founded MessageForward Communications & Consulting, LLC, specializing in helping mission-driven organizations share their stories effectively. With over two decades of experience in public affairs and strategic communications, Michelle previously served as a Public Affairs & Communications Strategist for the U.S. Army's DEVCOM Soldier Center and has held various roles in communication and public relations within the U.S. Army. Michelle holds a Master's in Business Administration and a degree in Advertising/Public Relations from the University of Central Florida.
