Richard Brumfield

Richard Brumfield has extensive experience in estimating and cost engineering within the engineering, procurement, and construction industry. Richard has held various roles with KBR, Inc., including Senior Manager Estimating and Senior Principal Estimator. Prior to KBR, Richard was a Senior Estimator at MW Kellogg. Richard also has a background as a Field Engineer at NESWC and experience as a Cost Engineer at Shell Oil's Olefins Complex. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Prairie View A&M University. Richard is proficient in planning and executing estimates for EPC projects, maintaining technical quality standards, and ensuring operational efficiency in estimating activities. Their responsibilities have included developing estimates, supervising teams, interacting with other departments, and presenting estimates to management and clients.
