Rick Hermansen

Rick Hermansen is currently the Director at KBR, Inc., responsible for reverse engineering and systems engineering to enhance U.S. Department of Defense weapons reliability and affordability. They previously served as the Director of Operations for the 85th Flying Training Squadron in the United States Air Force, overseeing a large team and extensive operational programs. Rick's experience includes roles as a Program Manager with the Office of Military Cooperation in Egypt and in various senior positions at KBRwyle and Top Aces Corp. They hold multiple master's degrees, including one in Human Factors Engineering from the University of Idaho, and a bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
