Scott Kilpatrick is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Lead at KBR, Inc. in Huntsville, AL since January 2020, Scott previously held the role of Sr. Sourcing Analyst/Talent Acquisition at Aerojet Rocketdyne from October 2019 to January 2020, where responsibilities included candidate identification and staffing strategy improvement.
