Matt Murphy

Matt Murphy is an experienced recruitment professional with over two decades of expertise in talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Team Lead and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Trinity Health since November 2001, Matt oversees contract labor needs across multiple states, including Michigan, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Illinois, and New England. Prior to this role, Matt was responsible for recruiting various levels of positions, both union and non-union, within the West Michigan hospital organization. Matt began their career as a Technical Recruiter at Aerotek from July 1999 to November 2001. Matt holds a BA in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Education from California State University, Fresno, and is a Certified Labor Relations Professional from Michigan State University.
