Stefan Ward MBA has extensive experience in proposal management and business development within the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Capture Manager at KBR, Inc. since March 2019, Stefan has held multiple roles including Proposals Department Manager and Senior Proposal Manager. Prior to KBR, Stefan was the Submissions Manager at Farrans Construction, overseeing bid submissions and collaborating with various teams to enhance the bidding process. Stefan also has experience as a Proposal Engineer at Chiyoda Almana Engineering LLC, leading proposal processes in the oil and gas sector, and as a Business & Proposals Consultant at Omega Resource Group, focusing on client relations. Academically, Stefan holds an MBA in Leadership & Sustainability from the University of Cumbria and a BA in Politics and Philosophy from the University of Wolverhampton.
