Tom Kielbaso

Tom Kielbaso is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management, sales, and engineering. Currently serving as a Task Lead Program Manager at KBR, Inc. since February 2020, Tom manages multiple Defense System Technical Area Tasks for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), overseeing contract operations across several locations and managing a project portfolio valued over $40 million. Previous roles include Sales Manager at ZEISS Industrial Metrology, Technical Sales Engineer at UES, Inc., and Product Manager at Entegris, Inc., among others. Tom’s extensive experience spans technical sales, product management, and operational roles, with a foundation in engineering from service as a Combat Engineer in the US Army.
