Randy Threet has extensive experience in program management and support for various radar systems, missile warning programs, and space control operations. Randy has held positions such as Program Manager, Task Lead, and Program Acquisition Lead, overseeing multimillion-dollar projects and ensuring cost, schedule, and performance requirements were met. Randy has also served as an Earned Value Management System Manager and a Schedule Analyst, responsible for managing project schedules and budgets. Prior to their civilian career, Randy was an Officer in the USAF, where they held various leadership roles in space control and missile defense.

Randy Threet earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts and Communications from The University of Memphis, where they attended from 1978 to 1983. Randy also has a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, although the specific year of obtaining the certification is not provided.
