Vonetta Dotson

Senior Project Scientist, Behavioral Medicine

Vonetta Dotson, PhD, serves as the Chief of the Division of Neuropsychology at Brigham and Women's Hospital since January 2025. Concurrently, Vonetta has been a Professor at Georgia State University since January 2017, and the Founder and President of CerebroFit since February 2019. Previous roles include Senior Project Scientist in Behavioral Medicine at KBR, Inc./NASA since January 2020, along with membership in the American Psychological Association since January 2009 and fellowship with the Federation of American Scientists as a Healthy Aging Impact Fellow from September 2023 to September 2024. Vonetta's academic background features an Associate Professor and Assistant Professor positions at the University of Florida from August 2009 to December 2016 and a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the National Institute on Aging from August 2006 to August 2009. The educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Mary's University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from the University of Florida.
