Paul Carensac

Paul Carensac has a diverse work experience in various positions and industries. Paul started their career in 2014 as a Developer at DataRmine, where they focused on developing a Firefox extension for automatic encryption and decryption of user posts. In 2015, they worked as an Assistant at Epitech Region, where they supervised and assisted students in their projects and improved their teaching and communication skills.

In 2016, Paul joined the IRAP - Institut de Recherche en Astrophysique et Planétologie as a Developer, where they designed and developed software for telescope planning and control for the SVOM - GFT mission. Paul gained experience in micro-services architecture and learned about multitasking and robustness.

From 2017 to 2018, they worked at vente-privee as a Software Engineer, where they contributed to two projects in the R&D lab. In the DevHub project, they developed an tool for data gathering and analysis from various internal services using Go, ReactJS, ELK, Filebeat, and Docker. In the UBD project, they designed and implemented a big data architecture for data gathering, ETL, and processing (stats, machine learning).

Paul also served as a Responsible and Training Supervisor for C, Java, and Web courses at Coding Academy / Cap Gemini in 2017, where they organized and mentored young graduates in their training.

In 2018, Paul joined KBRW as a Lead Software Engineer and Manager. Paul led the development and management of projects in the supply chain industry, including implementing a new developer training system and mentoring new hires. Paul also developed a framework for process synchronization in high-availability environments.

Overall, Paul Carensac has extensive experience in software development, project management, and team leadership, with expertise in areas such as supply chain, astrophysics, and big data analysis.

Paul Carensac completed their Baccalauréat S degree at Lycée d'Amboise from 2011 to 2013. Paul then pursued their higher education at EPITECH - European Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2018 where they earned an Equivalent Master (Diplôme d'expert en IT) with a focus on Développement informatique. Additionally, from 2016 to 2017, they studied at California State University Long Beach, College of Engineering, specializing in Informatique.
