David Alexander

David Alexander serves as the Director and Senior Estimator for Pre-Construction Services at KBS Constructors, Inc. since July 2016, specializing in Design Build budgeting, scheduling, feasibility studies, and bidding for industrial clients facing complex challenges. Additionally, David has been a Non-Scientific Member of the Institutional Animal Care & Use Committee at the Veterinary Biomedical Research Center, Inc. since June 2017, ensuring compliance with NIH and PHS guidelines. David's extensive background includes previous roles as a Senior Cost Estimator at KBS Constructors, Sr. Estimator at Black & Veatch, and Vice President at both Design Build Management Consultants and Schweiger Construction. David's career highlights include overseeing significant projects for large organizations, demonstrating expertise in cost estimation, scheduling, and project management within critical environments and fast-track scenarios. Education was pursued at MidAmerica Nazarene University from 1969 to 1970.
