Neil Fisher

Neil Fisher has extensive experience in the construction industry, serving as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at KBS Constructors Inc. since September 1989. In this role, Neil Fisher oversees all project management, estimating, and construction activities, while also engaging in sales and community involvement, as well as statewide educational initiatives. Since February 1959, Neil Fisher has also held a semi-retired status with KBS Constructors Inc. Neil Fisher attended Washburn University from 1966 to 1969, focusing on general studies and education.
