Brian Bailey has extensive experience in project and cost control roles within various companies such as KBS Maritime, KBR, Inc., and a UK Defence Contractor. Brian has a degree in Mathematics with Engineering from the University of Nottingham. Their responsibilities have included developing strategic project programs, improving project data integrity, building evidence-based cost models, and supporting bid processes.
