Project Management

The Project Management team at KBS Maritime oversees the planning, execution, and successful completion of infrastructure projects at Portsmouth Naval Base. Comprised of Project Managers, a Programme and Project Control Specialist, a Senior Planner focusing on change and risk management, and a Programme Manager, the team ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage resources, and mitigate risks to support the Royal Navy's operational readiness and long-term strategic goals.
