Ricki Scott

Ricki Scott is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at KBS Maritime since September 2023, Ricki supports the HR team in delivering people strategies and manages employee relations for a client group of over 170 employees. Previously, Ricki held the position of HR Recruitment Partner at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd from April to August 2023, providing recruitment solutions across multiple business areas. As a Co-Founder and Executive Director of RSR Recruitment from March 2021 to April 2023, Ricki offered recruitment guidance to the New Homes and Estate Agency sector. Additional roles include Team Leader at Upfront & Personnel Ltd, Internal Recruitment Coordinator at CDM Contractors Ltd, and Engineering and Technical Permanent Recruitment Consultant at Wild Recruitment Ltd.
