Serena Lewis is a highly experienced professional in commercial and business development, with a background in leading commercial initiatives in the maritime domain. Serena has held various senior roles in companies such as KBS Maritime, Reaction Engines, BAE Systems, and Meggitt, where Serena managed multimillion-pound contracts, supported key campaigns, and drove capability development within commercial and procurement functions. Serena has a strong educational background, including a degree in International Business and German from Loughborough University and currently pursuing a Commercial Leadership Programme at Cranfield School of Management.
